1. What PawCompanion is

PawCompanion provides informational pet-care guidance, reminders and practical ideas. It is a lifestyle/tips service and is not a veterinary, medical or mental-health service.

2. Subscriptions & billing

  • Plans are billed monthly (from $2.99) or annually (from $2.49/month equivalent).
  • Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel.
  • Trial: eligible plans offer a 7-day free trial to new subscribers. If you don't cancel before the trial ends, you'll be charged the selected plan price.
  • You may cancel at any time from your account or by contacting us. After cancellation you keep access until the end of the paid period.
  • Prices are in USD and may change; we will notify you before any increase.

3. Cancellation & refunds

You can cancel anytime without penalty and keep access until your paid period ends. If you believe you were billed in error, contact us within 30 days and we'll review your case. Digital content is delivered immediately, so refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis in line with consumer law.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service, copy or resell our content without permission, or use it in a way that is unlawful or harms others.

5. Your responsibilities

You are responsible for your pet's health and wellbeing. Use our ideas and reminders as a helpful guide in addition to, not instead of, proper care and professional advice.
